The beauty of the Juggler plan is how easy it is to understand and start using.
Simply put, there are five key areas of life to attend to, the ‘5 balls’ (Body, Soul, Family/Friends, Community, Career). By giving consistent attention to these five main areas of life you will feel more joy and a deeper sense of well-being.
The ‘5 balls’ are not in any particular order of importance; each needs attention.
The time you allocate will change based on your current life situation. Keep in mind that the most important aspect of Life Balance is creating small, stress-free goals. Try for steady growth, not short-term sprints.
A well-balanced
life brings joy.
Balance and juggle the ‘5 balls’
Body
Deals with every aspect of your entire physical self, from your skin to your brain. Ensure you are well-rested, well-fed, well-hydrated, active and healthy.
Deals with your infinite self, the drive that is stronger and bigger than your physical body. Ensure you’re emotionally well, mentally energized, reflective and in touch with yourself.
Deals with communication and relationships with the people in your life that are closest to you. Ensure that your family (immediate and distant) and your circles of friends remain nourished…
Deals with your current and future job, business and livelihood. This area is very commonly being overindulged with by expending a lot of time and energy. Learn how to balance this “ball” to add joy to your life.
Deals with taking the time to assist individuals outside of yourself and your immediate circle. Ensure you get involved with others who need you, in your neighborhood, school, local charity foundations, religious organizations — and bring healing help, love and warmth to the world, one interaction at a time.

Shabbat Shalom!
We’re re-charging for 25 hours now — it’s Shabbos!
{…so we can juggle even better next week…}
Since the world began…
The Holy Sabbath has created an incredible calm and peace, an oasis to counter the stress of our tumultuous planet.
It begins each week at sundown on Friday and ends on Saturday night.
It’s a day to try to forgo our work-oriented weekday concerns and return to what’s most important: love, our families, our neighbors, our inner selves. To reflect on our lives right now, this very day.
One day, each and every week that we’re alive together, we offer this day as a recognition of our promise and as our thank-you to Hashem for creating us.
Therefore, in order to help create a peaceful Sabbath environment, Jewish people don’t touch any electrical devices. They take leisurely walks, visit, revel in talking live and in-person with family, eat special foods and refrain from certain other weekday activities. Most stay close to their homes to be with loved ones, neighbors and friends.
So…
Each week, this website will observe Shabbos, too, and will automatically go into Shabbat Mode for 25 hours during the Sabbath. We will not be available to reply to any inquiries until post-Shabbos. We, and the site’s full functionality, will become available again after nightfall each Saturday evening.
